- Managing incoming calls
- Handling Correspondence
- Preparing bids (paper and digital formats)
- Administrative follow-up of projects from quotation to project completion (reports, invoices, etc.)
- Managing the dashboard
- Scheduling and managing agendas
- Formatting documents
- Following up on overdue invoices
- Sending and monitoring client satisfaction surveys
- Archiving completed projects
Additional Responsibilities
- Handling and processing emails and correspondence
- Creating proposal folders on the shared Drive
- Processing proposals and updating the ANE system for awarded projects
- Entering various operational data into Everwin
- Handling Contractor tender files downloaded and shared on the Drive by the receptionist or assistant
- Creating newly initiated case under the ANE project folders in Everwin
- Preparing bids
- Informing the technical inspection engineer team about mandatory site visits required for certain bids
- Ensuring the quality and format of operational and administrative documents (reports, invoices, etc.)
- Updating client information (addresses, company names, etc.) in relevant systems and software (Invoices, Reports, Everwin)
- Daily follow-up on unpaid invoices in compliance with the procedures set by Management
- Processing project invoices for each agency according to the instructions of the Agency Manager, in collaboration with the Operations Manager
- Updating monthly statistical reports for each agency
- Monitoring delayed billing based on instructions from the Operations Manager
- Tracking activity dashboards generated by assistants and managing anomalies jointly with the Operations Manager
- Transmitting subcontractor invoices to the accounting assistant for payment once the project has been fully closed
- Mentoring new administrative staff according to the guidelines of the Operations Manager and the Assistant to the General Management
Required Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
- General knowledge of administrative management and secretarial techniques
- Minimum education level: Bac+2 (Business and Administration Management), Or at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position (experience in technical inspection preferred)

As a Software Developer, you will join our development team and play an active role in the development, evolution, and maintenance of the company’s digital solutions. You will be involved in designing high-performing & user-friendly applications that drive our digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java and React.
- Participate in the analysis of business requirements and the definition of technical specifications.
- Collaborate with the team to integrate new features and optimize existing tools.
- Perform testing, ensure code quality, and participate in code reviews.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development best practices (performance, security, documentation).
- Stay up to date with technological trends to propose innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field (Bachelor’s to Master’s level).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks: Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.
- Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git).
- Strong teamwork, autonomy, and organizational skills.

As a Marketing and Communications Officer, you will report directly to the Marketing and Communications Manager. You will contribute to strengthening the company’s image both internally and externally by managing digital communication and developing innovative marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Communication
- Manage and animate the company’s digital communication channels (LinkedIn, website).
- Create engaging visual and video content.
- Develop and implement the company’s internal and external communication strategy.
Marketing / Digital Marketing
- Conduct analysis about competitors’ activities, strategies, and market trends.
- Write content for various media (newsletters, social media, website, etc.).
- Design and update marketing tools: catalogs, brochures, flyers, internal fact sheets.
- Set up and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns (statistics and key indicators).
- Conduct market research (competition, trends, sector developments).
- Enhance digital visibility through SEO and SEM strategies and manage website content.
- Participate in organizing internal and client events.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT tools and graphic design software.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Strong understanding of current digital communication trends.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques.
- Proficiency in a foreign language.
